The problem with this intersection

  
The intersection is very dangerous. I’ve been at vista for two years and I have seen and heard 5 wrecks. The problem is that when pulling off university onto the highway, you can not see if there is a car coming over the hill. This is a very busy road and students are always traveling back and forth to Arkansas tech using this road. One of the things that could be done to help prevent this would be lowering the speed limit from 40mph to 35 mph. Another route would be to put in a light at the intersection so that it is almost insured that people will not be flying over the hill and will slow down to stop at the light.
